I can't seem to find information on the male/female ratio of atheists.
Wikipedia even states, "Statistics on atheism are often difficult to accurately represent for a variety of reasons. Atheism is a position compatible with other forms of identity. Some atheists also consider themselves Agnostic, Buddhist, Jains or hold other related philosophical beliefs. Some people even list their religion as "Jedi" on such surveys. Therefore, given limited poll options, some may use other terms to describe their identity. "
It also states, "A negative perception of atheists and pressure from family and peers may also cause some atheists to disassociate themselves from atheism. "
Thus, there may be more female atheists, they just don't admit to being so, or they aren't cohesively classified.
They do exisit though!

It is actually statistically true that women as a whole statistically are more likely to believe in God - but less likely to believe in Scripture - than men. As far as I can see, this is true in all societies.
But the percentage point difference is only about 5% or so - barely enough to be statistically significant.
For me, I draw no conclusions either way from this. I don't know why this should be so.

Because women, being the weaker of the two genders, will sometimes fall for just about anything, depending on its emotion appeal. The weaker, dependent ones seem to, anyways.
I, however, am an atheist.

Having trouble finding a date? If you convert to Christianity there are plenty of Christian women in your neighborhood churches. Why do you ask all these questions and never take time in selecting a best answer. How disrespectful.
