I am referring to traffic offences in the UK.

This is a type of driving offence, usually Failing to comply with traffic sign (excluding - stop -signs, traffic lights or double white lines)...........
usually amounts to 3 points and a fine of minimum £60.

UK or USA?

If you mean USA then T51 relates to immigration, and a job being created in a rural or high unemployment area

If there is a T in front of the numbers...then it's a traffic orientated offence!
