Ok I have a crush and every time I talk to him or talk next to him I always se him staring at me and sometimes I see him either looking at my necklelas or he is looking at my breast Why????

He could just be nervous and is trying to not look you in the face, or he coulld be a typical boy and becomes distracted by the female anatomy.

chances are hes looking at ur breasts.. thats not odd but its weird that hes starring.. theres a man rule dip in dip out..and hes obviously not going by it lol..
