Sam Adams brews this stuff (forget the name, check the website) that is something like 50 proof (25% alcohol). It is the strongest, naturally fermented beer ever made.
But when the guy was drinking it in the TV special I watched, it looked a lot more like drinking brandy than beer. No carbonation really and he was even using a snifter to drink it.
Calories, I don't know about.

Sam Adams Utopia is 24% alcohol.. That's the strongest beer in the world.
Don't know about the calories.

usually the thicker or heavier the beer, the more calories and the higher the alcohol content. most domestics are very watered down, therefore their alcohol content and calorie content is somewhat low. you can find both the calorie content and the alcohol content on the bottle.

I don´t know about calories, but Carlberg´s Special Brew has 9% alcohol and tastes almost like wine. I had it in England but I´m pretty sure Carlsberg is a Danish beer. It will mess you up!

Don't think its the highest- but check out Canadian-brewed "La Fin Du Monde"- its 18 proof (high for a beer), and I'm sure its not lacking in any calories either. It's actually pleasant-tasting too!

Try to find Thomas Hardy Ale near where you live. It is one of the few beers that increases in alcohol content as it ages.

Try Goose Island Russian Stout.
Goose Island is a faboulous micro brewery in Chicago. I drank one once and just put my head on the table. I said thats it, I'm going home.
Goose Island is an actual area in downtown Chicago, where the brewery is located, and has consistenly been voted the best micro brewery in the country.

Stella Artois has alot of alcohol not sure about calories.
5.2% seems low BUT IT HAS A DEFINITE KICK TO IT
