It can make you constipated, and when you have a hard time moving your bowels, you don't just quit eating, it just keeps building up. Quit drinking milk products, drink a lot of water, and take you something to help you be "regular." I had this same problem, and I have one glass of milk a week. I started losing weight left and right when I had to cut dairy out of my diet.

milk can cause of gaining weight if it was full cream.but drink skimmed milk it has low calories

No. You may feel bloated or gassy, but you would not gain weight.
