i want to know whether such a machine exists ,which can show on a visual dispaly unit like L.C.D, what a person is thinking?

Not on your life my lady, but you question is very valid and perhaps someday soon there will be such a machine.

A machine to show waves of your thinking but not visually, or you wouldn't get anything. A machine has limitations, this is one of them, they can not find out about human thinking. A machine could use colors for mood probably.

No. Nothing exists.

Closest thing right now is something called a Functional MRI. With that, you can see the activity in various parts of the brain, but you can't actually see the thought itself.

Yes there is one you can see it working in some cartoons like "The pink Panther" and "Dragon Ball Z", maybe there is another one in "The Simpsons".

Nothing like that in real life.
