I was just wondering how long the couple should wait and like circumstances, and by what definition is your third base.

I say wait as long as you can. I'm in the same situation with my girlfriend and we don't want to rush anything because if its rushed it wouldn't feel right. So take your time and let time set the road for you.

Move to third base after you’re satisfied with your partner’s answer to, “If a pregnancy results, what will we do?” (remember even the best birth control is about 97% effective.) If you feel awkward asking the question, don’t step up to the plate. You’re definitely not ready. If you and your partner are able to accept the consequences and want to be intimate, don't stop at third, run all the way home! (Women can make several home runs in an inning.)

Third base is the base before home plate. If you take your girlfriend to a ball game, there is no date protocol that says you have to sit on the first base side until some magical anniversary when you can sit on the third base side.
If you prefer sitting on the third base side, sit there.

the couple should wait as long or as short as it take for BOTH of you to be ready to move to the next base. That can be hours, days, weeks, months, years. It is the business of the 2 of you...NOT societies business so do that thing when your ready.

second base is under the shirt
third base is down the pants
and a home run...well you dont need me to tell you that.
Anyway,every relationship is different and i recommend going with the flow...It will happen when it happens.Trust me.Besides the longer the better.The anticipation makes the first time that much better.

I don't think you're ready. You're still not mature enough to actually refer to sex as sex instead of calling it "third base". You're better off playing baseball.

there ain't no time limit it just happens when the time is right.....
so don't ask just let it happen, relax!! this thing with third base is so 6th grade... boy let nature take its course.....
