You've written the exact same thing twice. You just turned the words around a little, but the two parts of your question mean the exact same thing. Did the apostle Paul speak in circles like this too, because you basically asked why do we do what we don't want to do ...twice.

Because most people love to complicate their lives by saying "Oh well, that's just the way it is." Some people think they have to do certain things which gives them no free time to do the things they want to do. SIMPLIFY your lives people!

because we dont think about it; we act on impulse and are brains are not wired right. we are called here to survive and mostly we end up wishing we never did certain things but were still here so we never think about it and continue with the same pattern.
