Well for me, may not apply to everyone, The best way to wow anyone is to surprise someone, when doing this to me girl, I often heighten the affect with a trick.
ex. "hey honey, wanna go out?"
"no, I'm goin out with the boys to get drunk tonight."
"really(heartbroken)?!"
"yep thought you knew, sorry, see ya later"...
ten minutes later come back with the some flowers or a small gift.
"Sorry, baby I couldn't leave you all alone to night
screw the boys, lets go out somewhere nice,
where would you like to go"
evil but effective.

I just treat her how I think she wants to be treated. Chivalry isn't dead but sometimes its hard to find these days, but I try to make my girl a queen of my life.
My girl will always be on a pedestal and I find nothing wrong with letting her know how important she is.
I don't do it to impress her or anyone else. I don't do it to build my own ego.
I do it because I love her.

I buy her flowers for no reason. I tell her i love her at 4 in the morning. I make her feel like shes the only girl in the world and she is the prettiest. Shes the only one in my eyes

It's easy,....look deep into her eyes with that look that says...I love you, i want you....place my finger over her lips as she begins to speak,..."shhh".....run my fingers across her cheek as i lean over and gently kiss her neck. She shivers as my hands slide down her soft, warm body. I scoop her up in my arms and carry her off to the bedroom and lay her on the bed,..seducing her with my eyes as i begin to undress her. then................"oh sorry"....i was getting carried away there for a minute,..hope you got the point,lol!!
