If you're broke, how can you afford to buy food for the dog?
Collar? Leash? Toys?
License? Grooming (which Yorkies need a lot of)? Vaccinations?
If the dog gets sick, how will you be able to afford to bring it to a vet? Or will the dog have to suffer because you're "broke" but you just HAD to have a dog?
Get a stuffed animal instead, until you can afford to PROPERLY take care of a dog.

If you can't afford the dog, you can't afford the care... Simple as that.
Vet bills will run you a few hundred a year alone for a *healthy* dog. Dog food, grooming, equipment, etc., will run you hundreds more... Dogs are *never* free.

no one is going to willingly give you their dog when you have already stated that you have no money.
Dogs cost money.

why would you want a stinkin yorkie? are you high? those dogs suck. they are mean, they dont bounce back from abuse that great, and they always pee themselves when you stungun them! get a lab or something sweeter!
