This may not be a good idea as it actually increases demand. The slavers end up with 2 customers with the original customers as demanding as ever. So the volume, and probably the price, goes up.
Better to develop more effective enforcement mechanisms, awareness education, and tougher laws.

The Underground Church used to do it til they found people were pretending to sell their daughter's just to get the money. No doubt there are people really selling girls into the sex slave market, but the organization had no way to check which were true rescues.
