The large crowd at the counter of this bare-bones Indo-Pak spot seems chaotic, but the diners are really just waiting for their postmeal chai. So push your way through, and order a bowl of delicious daal, loaded with bay leaves and chile peppers. Ask for the kheema paratha and spoon the greasy, delicious ground mutton on top of the chewy bread. And while you're at it, add a briyani to the mix. It's a huge portion, but the lamb that tops the fluffy rice is so tender that eating it with the provided spoon is no problem. And even if you eat half, you'll get your money's worth; like everything here, it only costs about four bucks. 2032 W Devon Ave between Seeley and Hoyne Aves (773-761-5300).

just go to western and devon and head east to go to the indian places or west to go the pak places, theres tons of them
