You wish! No it's considered junk food and if you ate 5 packets every day you would be exceeding your recommended salt levels for a start! You would also notice a change in your energy levels and skin condition (ie. spotty). Nice thought though!

Hum. For every bag of crisps, you need at least 5 portions of fruit. The salt is so so bad for you and the flavourings are also heinous... but what the hell! Dont please eat 5 bags a day unless you want to get clogged arteries and a bad heart!

No that doesn't count!I think it has to be 5 portions of fresh vegetables, or at least veg which is still vegand not be turned into something unhealthy.

Unfortunately not. It annoys me that any kind of potatoes are not supposed to be included in this 5 a day.
But did you know that you can include baked beans, tomato soup and ketchup.
