ok there's a new kid in my grade me and my one other friend know him the most so far cause we hang with him at the pool and i really like him. but this other girl asked him out already (that acts like a jerk sometimes) and he said maybe. I really don't want him to go out with this girl cause she's a lot to take care of for a guy i would imagine and i like him a lot but i don't think he feels the same way. Should i let him find out about her the hard way or should i try to stop him?

i thnk that the fact that he said "maybe" says a lot.. maybe what he really wants is to go out with you...i would ask him out and see if he says maybe or yes if that fails there is always the chance you could be a "good friend" when the other girl uses him.

You can talk with him,but men sometimes never listen.He can think that you are jealous.For you is better find a kid that really like you and maybe like each other.There are a lot of kids,not only one. Well that is my humble opinion to this question.

Let him find out for himself. You don't want to interfere, then they will say that you did it in purpose, only to get him for yourself. He will see eventually.
