I want to start my own religion. It's going to be kinda like agnostic but more explained and detailed. It's gonna be based on non-judging of other relgions and that you can belivie in god, maybe not, are not belive at him at all. Confusing I know. But any tips?

Step 1.
Make something up - The whackyer the better.
Eg. Scientology, Catholisim
Step 2
find a few crazy people to believe you. People will believe anything once they think they will never again have to think for themselves.
Step 3
Apply to the Govt. for religious tax status.
Step 4.
Buy a Popemobile and a rolex with the funds you cheat your followers out of.
Step 5.
If anyone disagrees with you just totally dismiss what they are saying and tell them that your god is the only true god.
This is VERY VERY important: Never ever give any substancial proof that your god exists. If anyone questions you just quote a book that is at least 30 years old. Any passage will do.

Well, seeing as you have just demonstrated that you have no idea about what religion is at all i would advise against trying to start your own.
Agnosticism is not a religion. Being agnostic doesn't even have anything to do with belief, it's simply stating that one doesn't have knowledge about something. It could be about anything actually, i remain agnostic about the fact that there may be a Denny's on Pluto. I've never been there so i don't have the knowledge that there is or isn't one.

Read a biography of L Ron Hubbard. He has some great tips for starting your own religion and making money at it. In fact, he did it on a dare.

First u have to find some believers. Instead of making new religion why dont you believe another religion such as Muslim?

Work out God's salvation with love(void of fear: torment).
Which is to say law law both begins & ends with law.
But the pure grace of God begins & ends with no law.
