i have xp from Toshiba but now i cant recovery

Yeh, Magical Jelly Bean is the only software I've heard of that will allow you to change the CD-Key on software, however it doesn't work 100% of the time.
Pretty much what you are asking to do is illegal so I'd advise against it.
