you lose about 100 strands a day. If you are losing more than normal it can be strss related or hormonal. You can check with a dermatalogist if it gives you great concearn.

I Look into vitamin deficiencies If you are not eating enough protein... That might be your problem.. Take a good multi vitamin every night before you go to bed...Make sure you are eating a well rounded diet. with enough B vitamins, Folic Acid, Omega 3,6,9 fatty acids... ect.
Everyone looses hair some more than others...
Unless you are loosing it in clumps.. I don't think you have to get too worried...
If you are loosing your hair in clumps.. See your Dr. It could actually be something more serious!
Hope this helps

Well, for one . . . how old are you? That could make a difference. Hair does fall out, usually about 100 strands a day. Are you coloring your hair excessively? I need more info but if you are really concerned then go buy some Rogaine for women but be careful. That's the **** that you have to use for life. They do have vitamens that are for hair and nails. I think that its by One a Day. I used it to make my hair more healthy and they worked.

you mean like your hair's falling out? well, its normal to lose like 100-200 hairs every day; so you might just be freaking yourself out about thiis cause you see more hair in your brush then usual. i'd say don't worry about it. but if you truely see a difference, then maybe you should see a doctor.

Could be stress, could be your thyroid, talk to your doctor about it to make sure what seems like a lot to you isn't normal, and maybe have some lab work done to make sure your levels are where they are supposed to be.
