If you see your doctor you could discuss the full range of options from devices, medication (including Viagra, or other medications such as prostaglandins) or surgery.
Specifically for libido, there is a growing body of knowledge about hormonal therapies. Perhaps some additional testosterone would help.

Type 2 diabetic? If so, getting in shape and losing weight is over a 90% cure. That probably has a lot to do with your libido. Also, get protein with every meal. One more thing....you're not 18 anymore.
