Serenity - 平安 [hei an]
Blessed - 祝福 [shuku fuku] or 恵 [megumi] (literally blessing, to make it a past tense verb or an adjective you need to add kana to the end)
Hope - 希望 [ki bou]
Music - 音楽 [on gaku]

Well, I know what they are, but unfortunately I can't type them on this computer, so if you can find a Japanese kanji dictionary, look up the following:
An (as in anzen, or ansei, also written as "yasui". It's the kanji for a woman with a roof over her head) is "serenity"
megumareru (translates to "to be blessed")
Bou (as in kibou, or yokubou, also written as "nozomi") translates to hope or wish
Music is two kanji put together, and they are "On" and "gaku". On means sounds and gaku means enjoyment or pleasure. So music literally translates to "pleasurable sound."

There might be other kanji for most of these words, but these are the most common. Other kanji will be either out-dated or very technical, but if you're still interested I can look them up and get back to you.

My lover is from Japan and I studied Japanese and have two grammar books and a dictionary, but I cannot show Kanji, Katakana or Hiragana on my computer. I use Japanese websites and often get a warning to install a language pack. I will do that when I have a chance. In the meantime, you can look in Kanji dictionaries in your local libraries or bookstores. Sayonara! Ja ato de!

This is where I found mine. I work with several Japanese and they have assured me these are accurate. There are like 30 pages so you should be able to find the ones you're looking for.
