Don't worry, it's not bad, nothing bad will happen.
but if you don't feel comfortable doing that then say so.
Personally it doesn't bother me while i'm making out or something. I used to have a guy that grabbed my *** in public, not when people were looking or anything, but it really made me angry.
I told him to stop.

Your 15, that's still very young to be experiencing this type of behavior. If you like it, it's ok but just make sure that you set some rules, if you allow him to touch you in this manner he might think it's ok to do other things. Although it may feel good you may not be mature enough to handle what else may follow. Just be careful!
