Help! You see,I am an average weighted girl, afraid of becoming fat. I used to exersize all the time but now its a problem. See, I have a set of G cup boobs, so its awkward to be running around and see every boy on the street to be watching them bounce.
I have already tried a sports bra, and that really didn't help! What do I do?!

I would suggest trying swimming and bicycleing.
Swimming is an awsome form of exercise. It will define your muscles and help you keep your weight down. Swimming is very low impact, and you will not get injured.
Bikeing is also low impact, and will tone your legs and butt. : )
My ultimate suggestion would be to sign up for a sprind distance triathlon. The distances are approx.: Swim 800meters, bike 15 miles, and run just 3 miles. If you can tolerate the run, the other events shoud go very well. You will have a goal to shoot for, and you will find yourself getting in the best shape of your life.
As far as the G cup situation, I'm a guy, so I'm not sure. I do know that some girls wear two sports bras under a bathing suit for the triathlons.
Or better yet, sign up for the a triathlon. Do the Swim and the Bike. Then skip the run, and watch all the cool guys finish.

Getting some exercise is a wonderful idea. However, of greater concern is the fact that you have extraordinarily large breasts. When breasts become that large, it is time to consider breast reduction surgery. If you do not do this you will almost certainly develop back and shoulder problems as you get older. I have no idea what breast reduction surgery costs but when it is medically necessary as it is in your case, your medical insurance should pay for it. All of these other things such as wearing two sports bras, etc. are only stop gap measures. They do not solve the greater problem. Make an appointment with your family doctor to discuss both an exercise regimen as well as breast reduction.

Walk as much as possible, up hill, down hill, etc. It is the cheapest and best exercise for your joints (unless you have a swimming pool then swim). You can walk outside or on a treadmill just switch up the incline every 5-10 minutes.
Seek a breast reduction for your health. This is putting a tremendous strain on your spine, shoulders, and apparently your mind. Men (and women) are going to look at you no matter what with breasts that large, it's just human nature, hon. If you want to be seen (people looking at you instead of your chest) do the healthy thing.
Also, not to be rude but keeping it real, women with disproportionate breasts tend to look overweight unless they wear clothing that is tailored.
Good luck and don't be afraid of anything you have control over and the stuff you don't have control over -- don't be afraid of that either, just pray about it and let it go.

Um I think that Skatefast's answer is almost on the mark, but whatever. I would check women's specific work out retail websites such as Title 9 sports or Activa.com. They rate all of their sports bras as far as comfort and compression, and which ones work best for various sizes. They are usually right on, and worked for me, but I was only a DD.
They seem to have something for everyone so hopefully they'd work for you.

G cup? Wow, jackpot. have you tried wearing a sports bra and an extra tight shirt to keep them from bouncing? i'd try that. if nothing works, just consult a nutritionist. that way you can lose weight by eating properly.

Breast Reduction Surgery(all types of cosmetic surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your lobesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her breast surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her .hope this helps

Welcome, newcomer Katelyn:
Get an indoor bicycle and / or rowing machine and/or treadmill.
That way you won't be bouncing in front of strangers who ogle you.
Videotapes are available to teach you bellydancing, which is a great form of muscle- and- aerobic exercise.
Sooner or later, you might consider breast reduction surgery. G-Cups will contribute to lower back problems later in life.
