yep you have to go to her country and marry her and then come back to the states by yourself and petition for her.

Well she can come across the Rio Grande but yeah i heard the trek across the desert in miserable. Seriously INS is really strict, better chance to marry her and bring her here

It really matters on a LOT of things. Like:
Where is she from.
How long is she planning to stay.
What is she planning on doing while here.
Does she have a job lined up.
Is she even employable.
Does she speak English.
Does she know anything about America.
Is she a student?
And dozens of other questions that would affect her ability to appeal.
