I mean if i have a video and want to write my name on the video for the full lenght or for some seconds.............Pls tell me the link to download

Any video editor, included Movie Maker that comes free with Windows XP should give you that ability. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Movie Maker
Import the video you want to caption
Use the text tool to put the caption onto the video
Save the finished movie

Depends on what you mean by "write something on a video" and what kind of video.
Pinnacle makes video editing software as do other other software makers, including Nero.

Many video editor software can do this. Use ulead, it expensive but its very good. You can make flash effect, blur effect, etc.

you can use windows movie maker, is not the best but it works
