eat two or three almonds after u wke up and after than drink a glass of milk and do the same before sleeping.Try to read books and before sleep try to remind what u did whole day and write it

There are many ways of making one's memory sharper. The best way is that whatever u do make a written note of it. Secondly when u are working do one thing at a time. According to a research multitasking only saves information in the short term memory, but when u do one thing at a time the mind is more receptive to it and saves it in the long term memory.
Then there are some particular exercises to increase the brain capacity or sharpness. Shirsha-asan in yoga is very good for this purpose, in which an individual is suppsed to stand on his shouldres with his legs up. Massages like shirodhara in ayurveda are also effecttive.
You can also supplement your diet with almonds, which according to popular belief is instrumental in building a good memory. Shankpushpi syrup is also considered effective by some people for increasing memory.

it depends on ur outlook towards ur capacity
however if u really want to improve ur memory ,
an ayurvedic tonic without any side effect called 'SHANKHPUSHPI' is commonly available
it has 100% effective results

OR
mash almonds in a grinder
but prefer indian almonds
with every breakfast , take a teaspoon of it with lukewarm cow milk
take this for a month
OR
hold a pencil in front of ur eyes
move it from right to left straight
concentrate hard and constantly stare the moving pencil only
this improves ur concentration too


dont take too much stress

I heard a shot of Ex-lax every morning will improve your memory. The side effects are undesirable though. . .

Fish oils (Omega 3) capsules. You can get than anywhere...even Walmart.

I would also recommend sleep and exercise.

well as my boyfriend says do word games or crossword puzzles anything to make your mind work even trivia.
