According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_the_United_States

"The president must be a natural-born citizen of the United States (or a citizen of the United States at the time the U.S. Constitution was adopted), be at least 35 years old, and have been a resident of the United States for 14 years."

So in answer to your question it isn't possible to be president if you weren't born in the US.

no - it is written that the potus has to be a natural born citizen - arnold wants to change this - anyone born from another country should never be allowed to run for potus - i think they should also makes changes so that children born to illegals shouldn't be considered citizens due to this law - the potential for future devastation or control from outside interests is at stake - if you dont believe me look at what special interests within the country are already doing to it - trying to divide and conquer us
