According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_the_United_States
"The president must be a natural-born citizen of the United States (or a citizen of the United States at the time the U.S. Constitution was adopted), be at least 35 years old, and have been a resident of the United States for 14 years."
So in answer to your question it isn't possible to be president if you weren't born in the US.

The regulation does not say that. The structure says the president should be a organic born US citizen. John McCain became not born interior the U. S. and the purely element that kept him from starting to be president became dropping the election.

no - it is written that the potus has to be a natural born citizen - arnold wants to change this - anyone born from another country should never be allowed to run for potus - i think they should also makes changes so that children born to illegals shouldn't be considered citizens due to this law - the potential for future devastation or control from outside interests is at stake - if you dont believe me look at what special interests within the country are already doing to it - trying to divide and conquer us
