I, personally, don't think anyone wants to talk to me while I'm in the restroom, public or not. I'd answer (if I'm not on the toilet) and tell them I will call them back.

No. Hit the silence button, finish your business and return the call once you leave the restroom.

it is amazingly awkward. the only tale I even have isn't lots awkward yet a splash unhappy, in the pathetic sort of way. a pair of weeks in the past I had to circulate slowly below the door of the bathing room stall to launch it as a results of fact my buddy had handed out on the bathing room floor. that's what too many tequila photographs will do to you.

Of course. I'd answer my phone almost anywhwere with the exception of the library, city or gov. offices or if I'm in front of a teller.

But I actually had a woman get upset with me 'cause I used the bathroom for its intended purpose while she was trying to have a conversation!
