my mom keep talking about the same thing every half an hour. and you have to say yes or then she start talking bout you. i thinks shes crazy. i help me. she talking to me right now some thing shes been talking since yesteray 2PM. i dont want to tell her to shut up. help please

You hear her talking, but have you actually listened to what she is saying? Maybe she feels you are not really paying attention to her. If you focus on what she says for about ten minutes then maybe she will stop. If not look directly at her and say "Yes Mom I did hear you tell me that already". Hopefully this will work.

I'm afraid you are correct however I don't like the word crazy. Contact your local MHMR, Mental Health, Mental Retardation, office for advice. They are at least your starting point. Good luck

My mom's been telling me not to talk to strangers for 15yrs now. Jus say,"Yes mom, I heard you. Thank you."
If she insists say,"Mom, don't mean to be rude but you've told me that already."

i have this problem too. just try to change the subject and hope she doesnt take it as her new conversation starter.
