hard question but here goes....Without getting into, my personal beliefs, I don't think he would. Things really have not changed since "Jesus" or any other name, religious people, choose to call the son of God, when he waked the earth. The planet is still in turmoil as it was then. I don't think humans really got the message. WE still don't treat people as We would like to be treated ourselves. Too much emphasis is placed on "organized religion", heaven and hell. Just read the Ten Comments, do we live by them, we sure don't. What a perfect world it would be if we did, but not from a religious point of view. I don't pretend to be a wise person, but thought I would give it a try. Good question.
He still would be at loggerheads with the Religious sect.

the different religions admit to being created via people, Christianity would not. different religions oftentimes have more beneficial than one god/goddess, Christianity has purely one. different religions do not tutor why people act the way they do, Christianity does. different religions do not provide wish, Christianity does. Jehovah is logically shown because the organic international won't be able to perform with no need had a dressmaker to positioned all of it mutually and function it artwork easily. The universe couldn't have higher the way it has except someone became controlling its fee of boom, in the different case no existence might want to be able of exist everywhere now to not educate there being stars and worlds orbiting round them. Cultural relativism is only yet in a special way of asserting humanism. If each and every little thing is relative then there aren't any absolutes and no morality prevalent. No good and no incorrect signifies that i'll do in spite of i choose, or perchance next 12 months it turns into legal and then i am going to do in spite of i choose. Chaos isn't very far in the back of the totalitarianism which will inevitably set up shop to rule over the people who enable this to exist.

I think Jesus would be sad, but I think He would keep on doing good.
Jesus was a teacher, and He preached to the people.
No, good people are the last ones you hear about. No, I don't think the world is too dogmatic. There IS good left, it's just that the time hasn't come for God's work to be finished on the Earth. Maybe before the end of time, everybone will know what 'good' is , so they can join in.
I am not at all wise in my own self, but Jesus helps me to see what I need to see.
I hope you are not being negative.

Interesting question...
I don't think he was at "loggerheads with religious people". I think he was irritated by religion theater. People that PROFESSED they believed in God but did not. People that THOUGHT they were better than others, when we are really ALL sinners.
Take the story of the Rich ruler. He came to Jesus and said "Good Teacher, what must I do to be saved". Jesus told him that he must keep the commandements and the law and he would be saved. The Ruler replied that he had done all that since birth. Jesus then said, "Oh yeah, one more thing. Give away all of your possesions and follow me." The Ruler walked away very sad, for he had great possesions.
What is the point of this? To cannonize poor people? No.
Commandement 1 - "I am the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me... .."
So Jesus tested him.
I don't think people realize what God really wants from us. He wants perfection and will settle for nothing less. That is what made the sacrafice of Jesus necissary.
I think that is the cross of Christ... We are unworthy, but called.

Jesus didn't get along well with the established religious experts that he came across because they were fake. They were not religious to gain a closer relationship with God, they were living by such strict laws to elevate their position in society. It was a high honor to be in the position of a Pharisee, and it brought great power. These men used that power to subjugate the weak.
In other words, they were worse human beings than the pious people who actually tried to come to God for forgiveness.
Jesus sought out the lowly tax collectors and prostitutes that actually came to God seeking true forgiveness for their sins. The religious authorities would never be seen going to Jesus because then that would mean that Jesus was more important than them, and even more importantly that their lifestyle was wrong.
Among Christians today, it would be divided. There are many people truly living for Christ today; however, there are many more who are just going through the motions. Most people really don't take it so seriously. Perhaps they did at one point in their life, but since then have grown complacent with themselves and think 'well I'm saved, I don't really need to bother with Jesus.'
So Jesus would certainly find good people to chill with and all that, but he would definitely be pointing fingers at many 'christians' that go to church every week but really aren't living for Him.

I think, if we assume that Jesus is coming back, he would expect exactly what has happened with "his" people. I can not claim wisdom, but I do seek it on a daily basis. I am not Christian, but strive to emulate Christ's life. Let's face it, the guy had some really good points. As I have seen here, most Christians have no idea what Christ even taught, and are "saved through grace", which alleviates their need for piety. As I am sure Christ would be disgusted by this, I do hold to my initial statement, it would be expected. Great Question.

yes, why not, as christians are one of the communtity that till now has the respect for jesus, they till go to the church every sunday. They pray deeply of the betterment of the poor and the world. They try to help the needy in what every way they can. There is a respect of lord jesus in their minds and soul. They in every way want to go in the direction in which jesus had told them. So I do think that 'Jesus' would be happy among Christians today. Being a hindu i do respect their culture and tradition.

What originally started out as a story of truth, light and harmony has been plagiarised, rewritten, and used as a controlling doctrine by usurpers and dictators. It was unfortunate that the timing of the christian doctrine was out by 3000 years. Christianity is a new religion relatively speaking and neo classical views of it have put it on a pedestal that wasn't strong enough to support its doctrine or theories. It is crumbling in the face of older 'religions' and along with all the other 'Christian' based religions that purport 'ownership' of Jesus and the Bible probably won't survive much into the next century.
Is a 'Good' man rated? Depends entirely on your definition of 'Good' If you are interested in 'Fight the good fight' and carry arms against your brother and neighbour, that is somewhat different to worshipping the beauty and goodness of your home planet, being ecologically sound, living in harmony and peace with your brother and neighbour, and respecting the views of other to live their lives differently to the way you live yours. The last word is respect. if you have none for the views and lives of other people, you are not worth a lot are you? You will die, like everyone else and no-one will give a rats *** that you were ever here. Your life is yours. You should go out and live it with self respect, and respect for others to do the same..
And the answer to your question? No I am not happy. Do I have a reason to be? watching everyone robbing, murdering, dictating, whoring, abusing, . 'Jesus' lives within every last one of us. he is your conscience. Go on...pick up a gun...feel good does it? that you would deprive someone of their right to live? All the 'God fearing' people in the world are liars and cheats and abusers, just the same. Untill you can actually stand, or sit there, and read this, and think 'I have had enough of war, of killing, lying, cheating, abusing, whoring, of politicians who wish to control my life and force me to fight and kill my brothers and neighbours who have done nothing to me.' and then go out andDO something about it, only then will you be able to call yourself worthy of the privilege of being here. To make a difference and make this world a safe and prosperous place to live.

I think Jesus would simply shake HIS head at the world in general. HE never meant for the problem which infiltrate and permeate society as a whole to even have ever existed. However, HE knew it would come to this or else HE would have had no need to be born, die, and be raised up again. It would have been an exercise in futility. I also think there are some Christians, Jews, Muslim, Buddhist that he would be happy with simply because they were able to live in their own personal belief system without persecuting other people for theirs.

Luke 15:7 States ," I tell you that thus there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than over nineynine righteous ones who have no need of repentance."
We have sinned hence Jesus came as a sacrifice for our sins. The only way we can find that repentance is to have accurate knowledge of the bible with a personal bible study, meditate and get accurate understanding. No he is not pleased with the condition of mankind in general today but welcomes sincere ones that are seeking truth and the knowledge is available. Any one of Jehovahs Witnesses would be happy to help. All scripture is cited and you can look it up in your own bible.
