There are some people on here who want serious answers - like you, I believe.
There are some people who just want to tell people what they believe.
And then there are some people who are just trying to make themseves feel good by putting profanity on a public site. It must make them feel $m@rt to di$gui$e their cu$$ word$.

Just like you, people that ask a question are usually looking for an answer. Some probably like others' opinions about their faith, but those who are true followers of the Lord don't need confirmation, they KNOW. Atheists and those who don't know, probably do try to confirm their beliefs...

Most likely not. Most people believe what they are told, not what they read. If we were born in the middle east we would probably be Muslim. or in some nations Budist , Catholics etc.and worst yet Atheist.
none of which makes it right . The important thing is to answer these questions to the best of our ability to edify any random lurkers.
There is too much false information and false beliefs, We can only reach the hearts of the chosen for only they can understand and get heart knowledge.
I try to reach those who accept the Bible as their authority and believe they are following it and may be deceived.
Thank you!

I can't answer for everyone, but yes I want answers and by answering other's questions I get the opportunity to be a light to someone and maybe help them in some way. It saddens my soul to see all the hatred on this site, but the bible said to let the wheat and the tares grow up together and he would seperate them in the end. Coming to this site also gives me a chance to pray for someone every single day. God Bless You.

they just want confirmation of their own beliefs most of the time but once in a while they are looking for clarification from their own group.

both, you can usually tell that ones that just want their opinons confirmed easily because their questions look suspiciously more like statements than anything else.

Do those who ask questions about evolution, and atheism want answers? No. This goes both ways.

When I ask a question, its because I want an answer. I dont need anyone to reaffirm my faith.

Probably neither. They could be just looking to stir up some arguments.
