What were the drops and tablets? I'm assuming they were antibiotics?
Black in the corners of the eyes closest to the nose is just like having sleep in the eyes. It's possible it's a viral infection, some are more prone to it than others and certainly if he's stressed, that will compromise his immunity. If it's viral, then he will need to go back to the vet for zithromax.

My cat had that too for a while and the doctor told me that is was because an ear infection, so i checked my cats ears and they were indeed pretty dirty, he was a little kittie back then and had earmites, so doctor cleaned his ears, game some eard drops and problem solved, about 3 years later the same thing happened again and the vet asked me if my cat had had an ear infection when little and i said yes and he said well that's the problem, he told me to keep his ears as clean as possible and gave me these cat ear wipes that you can get at petsmart or online and I clean his ears every other day and he has never had that problem again. If you look at the anatomy of a cat or our own anatomy, our ears and eyes canals are conected therefore if your cats ears are dirty it is plugging the eyes, pretty interesting. Check his ears and make sure they are spot clean!

All cats get this each and every so oftentimes, yet no matter if it truly is too a lot, or the eyes seem sore, they could be contaminated. yet i'm particular it truly is only the gunk like what we get. how you could sparkling it really is getting a tea bag and putting it in boiling water the letting it flow chilly, then gently wipe it over the cats eyes to sparkling them. attempt this each day, if it does not help, then contact your vets.

It sounds like a vitamin deficiency. I've seen it before. Remember, when it comes to the health of your pet, always get a second opinion because there are a lot of Vets out ther that should not have a licence.!

go to walmart and go to the supplement isle and get l-lysine and give him 500 mg of that once a day and 12.5mg of Benadryl twice a day. also warm wash cloths to his eyes a couple of times a day. try that for some time and monitor him if the squinting gets worse take him to another vet he could be getting eye ulcers. To me, it sounds like feline herpes. I have 2 cats that have it.

my cat has the same condition but worse. My cat is coughing (oh poor kitty) and most of the time there is blood falling in my cat's eyes and some is falln in its ears. If you have the same condition definitely its not allergies. its far more worse and i think its not curable but cats can survive the sickness if they are given nutritious food and they are always happy..

oh mine does too and always have. I guess I never gave it a second thought really. I just always thought it was kinda like us humans with eye gunk in our eyes from sleep. I just clean them out if I don't like it or kitty does when she is grooming herself.

my cat has the same thing, it might be new airborne allergies...some AC units can do it, or even basic household cleaners...if it doesnt bother him i wouldnt worry, but maybe try a vet in the next town over

My Persian's the same way, and I just wipe her face when I see her eyes running. Just take a damp paper towel/wash cloth, and wipe away!
If he's happy and healthy, don't fret over it. :)
