I think ettiquette dictates a minimum 10% tip for hair dressers if you are pleased with the job they did. You can from there go up or down in % depending of if you are not pleased, or if you really, really loved the cut/style/service.

My ex-fiance is a hairdresser.
She had this old lady who used to tip her 20p after and shampoo and set! The thing is my ex would always be grateful because it was such a sweet gesture.
I don't think there's any rule on tipping. Maybe 5%-10%. It all depends on how much you like the haircut
One thing to remember though is that hairdresser's in general don't earn a great deal of money and their weekly tips really do count

For a cut $5. If she spends a lot of time on my hair coloring or highlighting then I usually give $10

some tattoo artists take longer than others to do a chew. I frequently tip my artist between 20 and 40% via fact he does such staggering artwork and provides me with snacks and beverages and sturdy verbal exchange. :) it rather is totally your call in spite of the undeniable fact that, maximum artists are grateful in case you even tip via fact no count what they are making a residing off of you nevertheless.

These people are crazy or cheap....1%????? Obviously they never worked for tips like a server or hairdresser. Tip at LEAST 15% of the bill

I give mine $10 depending on the cut style etc...

it depends on how good she did your hair if she did a good job then 5 dollars if it was a bad job then 2 dollars

depends on how much the cut was. 50.00 would rate about a 5.00 tip or 10%
