In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

I will take you seriously for a moment.
The answer is yes.
I'll assume (and I shouldn't) your question is based around the God from the Bible, Torah and Koran. But it doesn't matter.
If you believe in any of it....if you believe what they say, then obviously there is a God and what you know of him, you get from these books.
All of these books say there is a satan.
Therefore, if you believe in God then you must believe in satan because the source that says there is a god says there is a satan!
Many people profess to believe in (christian-judeo) God but don't believe that there is a satan. That's what satan wants. He works better when you don't recognize him.
Not a complete answer but something to think about.

OF COURSE THERE IS A GOD IN THIS WORLD, THAT IS WHY SOME PEOPLE ARE GOOD AND SOME PEOPLE ARE EVIL, SOME PEOPLE ARE BORN WITH A WORDERFUL HEART AND SOME ARE JUST PLAIN CRUEL, SATAN DOES EXIST BECAUSE IT IS ONLY THE PEOPLE POSSESS BY HIM WHO WOULD COMMIT CRIME ON INNOCENT PEOPLE.
HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THOSE TERRORIST WHO ARE BLOWING THEMSELVES UP THEY TRULY HAVE TO BE POSSESSED TO DO SUCH ABSURDITIES. IF YOURSELF WILL NEVER KILL ANYONE, EVEN IF THOUGH YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEVER GET CAUGHT, THEN YOU ARE BLESSED BY GOD, BUT IF IT THE CONTRARY, THEN YOU ARE SATAN'S LITTLE PUPPET.

God exist. Without him, you don't either. He is the reason you are here in this wonderful world. Satan exist also. If you do bad things, then you will suffer and stay with him. Here on earth, you can do anything you want with your own free will. YOu have to choose either to be good or bad. It's hard to follow good deeds. It allows sacrifice, but in the end, it's very worth it. Life here on this world is temporary, life after death is eternal, so you gotta be good!
