You are a young person. Your body is still in a state of change. Just because you are a little overweight now, that does not mean you should TRY to lose weight.

Since you are young, however, you should try to develop a healthy lifestyle. Exercise.. Not with weights, but get out and play. Ride your bicycle, swim at the pool, climb a tree. And eat healthy. Ice cream and cookies are great once in a while for a treat, but be sure to eat vegetables, and healthy foods more often. Your body will change alot in the next few years.

Just be a kid and don't worry so much about your weight! :)

Do not even try to loose the weight.

If you are able to do it in 10 days; I am sure you will be at least 75+Kgs in next 30 days.

Go to biomass index on line and find your ideal weight and the ideal calories in take. Be very active and stick to calorie in take level. You will stay trim and fit in no time, and you will feel good, healthy and alert.

You did not get 60 Kgs over night, you can not get to 35Kgs in ten days and keep it their. If you follow my advice you will loose approximately 1/2 to 1 Kgs per week and stabilize at your normal ideal weight.

Diet never works only life style change and exercise works (you do not have to go to gym; you just have to be more active). If you can go to gym that is fine too.

Dont try to go on a diet or anything.....i think u should try to do some sports. Go out have fun with your friends and be active. but if you wanna lose 35 kgs you need at least one year, otherwise you would gain it back.

WHAT?! u gotta be kidding!
ok 1st of all, start running & start to reduced ur food. no fried food. no junk food. only eat when u r hungry! it's REALLY impossible to lose 30kgs in 10days?!
