pizza has energy & nutrients even if it is high in fat & calories :)

Hi not eating at all is way more unhealthy if you dont eat at all your body isnt getting what it need and eventually shut down as it cannot function propley, as long as you eat pizza in moderation and eat till you full rather than over eat then you are ok. Its better to be a little over weight , im not saying get obese where you could have health problems but a little fat is better than killing you self by starving your organs

well, depends on the time span, obviously you need to eat at some point in your life or you will perish, therefore I would choose eating pizza. But if you just had a lunch 2 hours ago and you are debating whether to scarf the last 2 slices that are leftovers, then eating nothing is your better choice.

Pizza could be an healthy food if it is genuine (it means no pizza hut).
If you eat for example a real Italian pizza and you don't eat a lot of it it's a good meal (of course not too often), because it contains fibers, protein (from dairy product like mozzarella), and carbs.

When i was at my slimmest and fittest I ate only pizza and drank only Guiness! Now I have a "balanced diet" and am a fat b/stard!!
Just make sure you get vitamins.....one multivitamin a day plus cod liver oil capsules and a few vitamin C tabs to crunch if you smoke......just make sure you eat good pizza though!!

Not eating, then again eating a lot pizza is unhealthy too.

Pizza is actually not bad for you...it contains all food groups (minus the grease) but as in anything, moderation is the key

Not eating at all. Eating anything, at least causes a boost in metabolism. Not eating at all, forces your body to pull from its internal stores.

eat a pizza with a whole wheat crust, no cheese (or low fat cheese), lots of veggies, no meats, and sugar-free sauce...it's healthier than a salad!
