it depends on what is really wrong. I know exactly what your talking about. Before i go into this i just want you to know that there are a lot of treatments, and they are going to be experimenting with different meds to try and get you to stop feeling so low. I am 31 with mental issues. i found that the less people that are around me abusing me and my kindness and my home, the happier i am. My FAVORITE COUSIN, and truthfully she could have been my only cousin, died a year ago from taking trial meds. I say trial because they were giving her pills, saying here try that. She went to sleep and never woke up. She was 31. I think maybe just talking to a therapist may help with getting some of your thoughts together and single out the main thing that is making u so mentally unstable. Then plain and simply, u just got to let them go. U will be happier, trust me. My aunt told me one time, give it 15 min. of frustration and be done. cause while u mad as @#$%, they are laughing and having a good time not even caring about how much u are hurting.
to get the diagnosis you need to see a therapist and a psychologist. to get a check you need to have them write all of the info down, and STATE, YOU ARE UNABLE TO WORK. and take it to social security. Good Luck, and im me if you have any more questions.

1. You need medications.
2. You need counseling.
3. You need anger management.
4. Lay down, close your eyes, breath deep, clench and unclench your hands. This will help with the anxiety.

Nothing beats yoga. Believe me. If you do not have a teacher, then buy a couple of videos. You will be cured if you follow some simple exercises.

You have to be really objective, and really want to listen to them..you must be perfectly honest and it might just help you to put all of your feelings and what has happened in your life, in writing...and let them read it slowly, and evaluate you properly..Good luck and God Bless...
