irish, mexican, italian, israel, and cuban, actually i've seen alot of irish and italian flags.

Not in my neighborhood, no. But I have had my flag torn down so that the screws were pulled out of the stucco, and my next door neighbor had to padlock hers in place because it was torn down so many times.
I have seen Mexican flags flying on the same flag pole as the American flag but higher, in other residential neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
I believe it is a small but nasty minority that have this attitude and disrespect for our flag, but it does exist. I have also never seen that center around a country's flag other than Mexico's, barring when the Iranians had Americans hostage and the Iranian 'students' here marched, spurring a riot.

Nothing but American flags in my neighborhood. I wonder why you ask, though; until 9/11 I don't recall seeing any USA flags at all except at government buildings. Walmart residuals must've soared on flags then, you couldn't find them anywhere! I have seen a few in Mexican restaurants as "icons" in decoration of the premises.

Italy, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Ireland, China, Puerto Rico, Canada. Those are some that I have seen in and all around my neighborhood.

I've actually only seen the USA flag and the Texas flag flown here.I see alot of Mexican flag stickers on cars,but never flown from a residence.

we have the pow-mia flag and the all service flag and a flag with a map of vietnam on it showing where the soldiers fought

Actually no. I have seen the rebel flag. And I have seen other flags on cars . But no not on the front porch.
