I know of a great place that allows for all sorts of thinking, accepts all people and lifestyles, has no doctrine, and no expectations for people to believe the gospel or the bible. Oh wait that's not a "REAL" church. That is a country club.

I recommend that you consider the two judgments that are awaiting us after we leave this planet. The first judgment is mentioned in this passage of the Bible and it is the judgment of rewards for those people who have faithfully executed God's will here on earth.

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat (bema) of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

The Greek word "bema" was used to describe a raised platform where prizes were handed out to the victors after athletic competitions. The other judgment is waiting for those people who don't accept Jesus as the Lord of their life. They might attend a church and do good deeds and appear to the rest of the world as moral and upright individuals, but in God's sight they are no better than the most cruel and brutal murderer when it come time for sentencing since there is only one sentence at the White Throne judgment.

Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Revelation 21:7 He that overcomes I shall give to him these things, and I shall be God to him, and he shall be to Me a son. 8 But the cowardly, and unbelieving, and sinners, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and drug users, and idolaters, and all who are false shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

If I were you, I would forget about going to a "feel good about yourself" church and find a Christ honoring, Bible teaching church where I could learn truths that will make a difference for both time and eternity. Ummm...don't listen to these freaks. The Episcopal Church adheres to the strictest commandment of all: Love others as you would love yourself. Good luck in your spiritual search.
