Oh gee... There is a town in Wales that is famous for it's bookstores. I was even there once but I can't think of the name now. Anyway, check bookshops in Wales, you should find it.

You might mean Hay-on-Wye (Herefordshire), famous for being the secondhand book capital of the world.
