Yes, Heather won. Even though Virginia won most of the challenges, when it came down to actually running a restaurant, Heather was the obvious choice.
All the other contestants came back and each of the finalists had to choose who would "work" for them that last night.
Virginia made some strange choices, and then when she had a meeting with them, told them that she picked what she thought were the "weaker members". So needless to say, her team was not very inspired to work for her!!

specific I do. Frankly, i think of Virginia has extra expertise ,mutually as Heather is extra useful at working the kitchen. Chef Ramsey's maximum suitable quagmire is the predicament of.., expertise -vs- expediency. finally, back , i've got faith it rather is going to come all the way down to who he feels that he can mentor extra useful. i think of Virginia. P.S. The Chef isn't "advise " as many would experience.., A) lots of money is using in this. B) My brother-in-regulation's cousin works at Spago and is responsive to him,says he's an extremely respectable guy.

Heather won....but I liked Virginia better. But I do respect Gordon's decision because I do think that Heather was a better leader.

Yes and Heather won,Loved the one when he was so mad that when he yelled it sounded like a screech.
