eat lots of fruit and vegetable,no fats, no sweets,no mayo... drink just water (almost 2 litre/day) and do some exercise...

Hi,I used to weigh 90kg and now i am 65kg..I managed to lose gradually in a period of 1 yr....I will be depend on ur goal and also ur determination..I am training for marathon so tat y i done lots and lots of running...I used to try the 'Aitken' Diet..The diet only let u eat fats and protein and strictly no carbo at all...I did lose though...I lose ard 10 kg then i stop and return to eating 5 small meal a day...So eating rite and exercise well is the key word...Do not cheat urself as the loser will be u if u cheat...so remember to do proper planning and exercise regime..start slow and steady...ok...
