I find the easiest way to lose weight is to eat plenty of soup for your main lunch and drinking plenty of water (perhaps with some cordial or squash to make it interesting)
The soup is obviously fluid so tricks your stomach into thinking it is fuller than it is, chewing chewing gum during the day also helps your body break down your food better and increases your metabolism(how quick you digest and process food). twin that with a bit of physical exercise of your choice,perhaps walking instead of public transport and maybe an all night dance session at the weekend(or similar session!) and you should see the difference.
