if youre doing it every morning, and you havent noticed anything bad yet, probably not. It is high in sugar though, so in the long run, its not great for things like weight gain, heart health (massive triglyceride levels) etc...but then again, so many people pour shovelfuls of sugar in their coffee - so the final analysis is that Red Bull isnt making you any worse off with a can every morning than say the average Latte or Dunkin Donuts Drinker.

Personally, I find it doesnt wake me up at all.

I do drink Red Bull once a while if I'm damn tired or going for long distance driving but only if I really need the extra enery. Red Bull contains lots and lots of sugar which gives the extra instant burning energy and lots lots of caffeine which keeps you awake...just like drinking coffee...It stimulates some part of the brain to keep us alert. Somehow too much caffeine or in other words, continuous stimulation of the brain can lead to some negative side effects. Brain needs rest and after being alert for long hours it can break down you know. I can tell you an experience that two of my friends went through during exam period. These are the last minute study type. They drank Red Bull for a few nights and so happily studying the whole night as they could hardly fall asleep. That particular morning, exam day, in the exam theather, both of them sitting side by side looked at each others face as their brains were totally blank. They couldn't recall anything they studied. So they just passed up their blank papers. Anything taken too much is dangerous. Take care...

Everybody got their somethin! And this is yours. It is recommended that you 1. stay busy to counteract or rather USE the affects of caffeine. Drinking a lot + being sedentary is what causes problems. and 2. drink 1 cup or more of water for every one cup of caffeinated (RED BULL) drink you drink.

Enjoy your wings!

Same risk you take when you drink a cup of coffee. Nothing to worry about. It is just an energizer. 1 can per day, that is normal.
