Well, since you are 'officially sure' (and I hope unofficially as well :> ) that you want to travel down that path together, I think it's really up to what sense you see in kissing.
Think about what it would mean to you if you did it now, what it would mean to you if you waited, what it's going to mean when you actually get married.
I think once you've thought these things through, the right answer for you will be clear. Or at least you'll have an idea what else, if anything, you need to ask yourself to figure it out.
