that they are frightened, or lonesome, or that they don't give a crap about anybody elses opinion or just some other things...
maybe the have given up...they have given up on this miserable little life, they are fed up with all this hypocrisy this so called love for other people...maybe they are tired...

It can say many things, that they are easily manipulated, that they are very kind and caring or that they worry too much about what other people think to the point where they will do what others suggest in order to fit in.

Sometimes individuals with dependent personality disorder (DPD) are seeminly easily manipulated because they function solely to make sure that others like them, will spend time with them, and most importantly will not leave them.
Of course, some people simply believe in the wholesome, virtuous intentions of others and never suspect that other people would be trying to manipulate them. Unfortunately, most people lack wholesome and virtuous intentions.
