We have been steady for over a year now but I have noticed some changes in her recently. I just kept on ignoring it but it has bothered me for days already. Please help me..

first of all by her actions because a persons actions can really tell a lot by how a persons feeling. Also, by how they act towards you when other people are around, because if other people are are also noticing changes in how she's communicating with you then you should really tell her how your feeling because she might be able to explain to you why she is communicating differently towards you.
So instead of it letting to bother you for days you should really ask her because communication is always the best way....

the same thing happened to me and my bf, he said that i started to act different but he didnt say nething to me and he kept it in and then he started to act different until one day he told me that i changed and that go really upset and we talked about it and i realized it was just built up stress inside and some past memories that were bothering me and we talked about it and everything is back to normal. just talk to her, tell her how you feel...it will help

Just ask her,its ok to be honest about things.if you feel like she is treating you different let her know about it. trust in GOD,she is still in love with you.
