And lo, Moses grasped the mic and sang
"If I had a stammer,
I'd stammer in the morning,
I'd stammer in the evening,
All over this town...."

because when he was a baby, he was playing with Paroh, and he grabbed the crown off of Paroh's head and placed it on his own. Paroh thought that maybe he was giving a sign that someday he was going to try to take over, become king. Paroh devised a test. He put burning coals in one pot, and jewels in the other. if Moses was just a regular baby attracted to pretty, shiny stuff, he'd grab the coals. If he was trying to show that he would be ruler someday, he would grab the jewels. Moses reached out for the jewels, but at the last secod, an angel came and pushed his hand away, into the pot of coals. Moses burned his hand, so he put it in his mouth. he burned his tongue, and therefore he got a lisp\stammer. Thats why he sent Aaron to go talk to Paroh, instead of going himself.

I don't know if I would call it a 'stammer', but Moses was self-conscience concerning his speaking abilities
English Standard Version
Exo 4:10 But Moses said to the LORD, "Oh, my Lord, I am not eloquent, either in the past or since you have spoken to your servant, but I am slow of speech and of tongue."
Exo 4:11 Then the LORD said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?
Exo 4:12 Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak."
Exo 4:13 But he said, "Oh, my Lord, please send someone else."
Exo 4:14 Then the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses and he said, "Is there not Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Behold, he is coming out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.
Exo 4:15 You shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth and will teach you both what to do.
Exo 4:16 He shall speak for you to the people, and he shall be your mouth, and you shall be as God to him.

First check your history and archaeology. It is generally believed today that there's no evidence tha moses actiually existed at all, neither is there any historical reference to the exodus. Taking that into account, how could he have a stammer?

Because he wouldn't have been able to hear God at the top of the mountain. Aparently!
He did have a bad case of the old tourettes though. The 'thou shalt not' that we all know and love is the edited version. To get close to what the original was like just replace the 'thou shalt' with 'fu ck, sh it, ar se, wa nk, bollocks'

i didn't memorize exodus, and i dont know exactly what the bible says, but i remember that moses questioned G-ds choosing him to go to pharaoh, because he was not a good speaker, and i think a stammer was implied but not stated?

Exodus chapter 4, verse 10
Moses raised another objection to God: "Master, please, I don't talk well. I've never been good with words, neither before nor after you spoke to me. I stutter and stammer."
