Cats,dogs and monkeys can't peel off sheets of toilet paper .. fortunately with our opposing thumbs we can .. So if Evolution granted us opposing thumbs and a frontal lobe .. I suppose we can be thankful to it that we aren't licking our balls and bums just to stay clean, right?

What does toilet paper have to do with your testicles? Does your poo come out of them? Do you always wipe your balls when you pee? LOL
I could point out how we have opposable thumbs, toilet paper, AND indoor plumbing and still some humans choose not to shower. Stinkiness can be a human trait
And not all animals lick their bums to stay clean. I think you've been spending too much time watching your dog.

haha! who needs opposable thumbs and a frontal lobe to clean our arsse? even my cat and dog clean theirs by dragging their butt on the grass after they have finish their "business"...
maybe.. they have a big frontal lobe but no opposable thumb is needed ;)

I don't think our thumbs have much to do with it. I think it is because we are just a different species of animal and we have a different way of thinking.
