I guess it depends on the situation.If you saw your best friends boyfriend in a compromising situation with other woman is discretion better.
Would you be able to look the guy in the face again knowing what you had seen.

I depends on the circumstance. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is disclose something that someone else doesn't want disclosing - a circumstance where indiscretion is the more valorous action.
