I can tell you the difference between a g-string and a t-string:
A g-string has a triangle of material at the back where the t-string is only a string.(Looks like a T from behind)

Thongs are also called flip-flops, you wear them on your feet with a strap between your toes. G-strings are garments you wear in place of underwear when you don't want to show a panty line. Especially when wearing white pants. Both are very uncomfortable!

thongs are slightly bigger than g-strings! G-strings leave very little to the imagination, i think both make you look like you have a hungry ***!

Thong is a bit bigger, g-string goes in deeper than thong.

it depends what country your in to what they are called both names describe the same thing something you wear when you don't want to wear anything to show lines.
