you put a condom on your dog???? that's one of the oddest things i've ever heard....
if you put a rubber band or, good god, staples/superglue on your dog, you could cause him alot of pain, and in the case of the last two, permanent damage, please don't do that. you need to take him to the vet and get him fixed, or like other people said come to an agreement with the neighbors about having theirs fixed. if they refuse to come to an agreement about anything, then they are being unreasonable pricks and they're harassing you.
also, maybe get a fence, or reenforce the one you have, if one already exsists.

Sit him down and discuss the value of contraception in this day and age. Especially with the rise in STD's, maybe suggest ribbed to him, i hear it "enhances" the experience.
Tell your neighbours to stop having such a hussy for a canine then. If shes gona put out that easily it reflects on the owners

The best thing you can do is have your dog neutered asap, or your neighbour could take you to court and it would end up costing you a hell of a lot of money

Its simple, you need to come to an understanding with one another maybe go half on the bill for getting the female nipped or your dog or maybe even both...how is it your dog is getting into their Garden?? maybe you should sort that out also!

Or...you could attach the condom to a jock strap and then put it on your dog like that. It'd be less painful than glue or staples...

i think i would complain if someone's dog made mine pregnant all the time. if you cant keep an eye on where ur dog is maybe you should have one. or maybe you should apolgise and get ur dog the chop, glad i dont live next to you my dad would have shot your dog otherwise
